First Steps Eating Disorder Charity

We welcome donations from anyone who values our services and recognises how important it is that people who suffer with eating disorders get support, support with no criteria that offers hope, opportunities and choices for people and families impacted by eating difficulties and eating disorders.

All donations are very welcome and 100% is reinvested into our services, please donate to help us continue the important work we do.

As a charity, we support people from 6 years old and upwards who live within the East Midlands covering Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, and Leicestershire. If you live outside of our region we may also be able to help through our services. This could not have been achieved without the generous donations from our stakeholders, funders and supporters.

Leave a Legacy: Give the gift of Eating Disorder Recovery

UK charities have seen legacy income grow 10% over the past decade with the smaller nations, Wales 23% and Scotland 35% fairing better than England's population for leaving a small wish after the family and friends have been taken care for in people's will's.

Whilst health benefits, with a large take going to NHS Hospital charities, the smaller charities and volunteer groups are often missed or forgotten.
