These groups are aimed at giving you more awareness about your body, and your feelings towards it in order for you to feel more comfortable in your own body which will improve both your mental and physical wellbeing.

The groups are for individuals aged 13 years plus (no upper age limit) and will be held covering a period of five weeks in duration which requires young people and adults registering for this course requires you to attend all five sessions.

The five week course is free of cost.
