The purpose of these groups are to support Young People and give them tools which they can use to help themselves with the recovery process.

We always have a variety of topics and we always aim to make our groups fun and stress free. 

We have some guidelines at our groups to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable. These include:

  • Respect people’s differences and opinions - you all struggle with different issues and are here for different reasons
  • Please do not discuss diets, weight, calories, exercise, or any other triggering topics
  • Please do not expect a miracle cure- we cannot tell you what to do, but can support you to find your own answers
