GDPR – Consent from Service Users
In order to provide service users (“you”) with access to our services (including, but not limited to: face-to-face counselling; video consultations; chatbot digital triage service; group support; befriending; training - skills for carers and skills for professionals), First Steps ED (“we”) collect and process the information that you submit with this form.
This information is used to both contact you initially and for internal triaging purposes Throughout your utilisation of our services, we may collect anonymised data for reporting purposes to our commissioning organisations, including Children in Need, Comic Relief, the Big Lottery Fund, NHS Clinical Commissioning Group, and NHS Mental Health Trusts, Schools Student Services. You have the right to amend, remove and correct any data that we collect throughout this process.
We believe that our GDPR lawful basis for processing such personal data is one of legitimate interest and consent.
We have added additional protections for children.
